- Everything in Basic (extends remote support to 4 hours per month)
- Backup Monitoring
- Cybersecurity (AV / EDR)
- Email security
- Priority support
Excludes:
- Microsoft licensing

Tier 1 – Premium
The top-level pricing for businesses, recommended for active, fast-response required businesses.
Cost: $160 / user / month
 Includes:
- Everything in Standard (free remote support)
